A traditional Cornish farmers cottage, situated in the riverside village of Calstock.
Inside, you will find an open-plan sitting room and kitchen, an outdoor terrace, a double bedroom, shower room with wash handbasin and WC.
The sitting room hosts a sofa bed and log burner. (kindling, wood and firelighters not supplied)
The cottage is located a stones-throw away from the river Tamar, the two local pubs serving great food, the Calstock railway station and a three minute walk from the Calstock boat yard and the shoreline of the river Tamar.

This is a lovely property with thoughtful touches. In an unseasonably cold May it was lovely to enter a warm home. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed and the Neal's Yard products in the bathroom smelt wonderful. There are 2 pubs in the village, one wasn't open every day and we were told the other might not open the kitchen late if it was quiet, so worth checking. There are no shops so bring groceries with you, there is an Asda Express close. Calstock is a pretty village with walks along the Tamar on your doorstep. Would highly recommend as stay here.

Cosy and homely feel with lots of extras. Very peaceful and pretty village. The log burner was a great addition and kept us nice and warm. The toiletries were amazing and all smelt so good!

We had a lovely stay in the cottage. Such a cosy, homely feel. The toiletries were amazing and so many too choose from! Adding the logs for the burner is definitely worth it too. Will look to stay again when we are back up this way.
