About this cottage rental
Our cozy cottage is perfect for your next family vacation. During the day, relax in our large, private fenced-in backyard while the kids check out the adorable playhouse (it even has its own mailbox) or enjoy a family cookout using the outdoor kitchen which features a grill, granite countertops, a beverage fridge and a large dining table. Make memories in the evening by roasting S'mores in the firepit. And it isn't a vacation on the Cape without access to an outdoor shower to wash off after a day at the beach!
The three bedroom floorplan offer flexible sleeping arrangements with a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin-sized bunk beds in the kid's room and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. Please note that, however, that maximum occupancy is 6. There is a large tv in the living room enabled with Roku and an HDMI cord if you prefer to hook up your own media. There are televisions mounted in two of the bedrooms as well.
The kitchen is small but is equipped with all essential appliances including a microwave, coffee maker, water kettle, blender and crockpot and a good selection of basic spices. The gas stovetop and oven make it easy to whip up a meal. The cupboards are fully stocked with utensils, dinnerware and cookware.
A stackable washer and dryer is available for your convenience.
Window ACs will cool you off in the summer (July 1- September 15).
We know that your dog is part of your family so we welcome well-behaved pups for a small additional fee - $150. Please indicate that you are traveling with a dog when you request to book.
Located in a quiet neighborhood but only a 6 minute drive to Seagull beach and close to an abundance of restaurants and family-friendly fun like miniature golf, candlepin bowling and batting cages.

We loved our stay at this home! It was a perfect location for our family, which included teens, and the home is accurately portrayed online. Tremendous responsiveness from the homeowners was a huge bonus. Remember, this is a beach house. While the home has been well loved, the owners have added a variety of DIY decor touches that really make it cute. (Looking at you, barn door.) The outdoor shower really helped offset the singular, tiny indoor shower, but that might not be as fun during the off season. Both showers have awesome water temp and pressure — like, jet powered! Loved it!!!The owners were gracious when we accidentally left the outdoor table umbrella open overnight, when high winds sent it crashing into the glass table, completely shattering it. Thankfully, we were able to find a comparable replacement quickly using FB Marketplace.Pro tip: the back yard has trees perfectly situated for hammock hanging. While the home doesn’t have a dishwasher, the owners have thought of everything to pre-stock the home, so they had paper plates, etc., on hand for us to use until we bought the supply we needed for our full stay.Besides, it’s vacation. Go out to eat or get takeout! Giordino’s, nearby, was great, and Seagull Beach fit our needs perfectly. Thank you for everything, Kara!
