Silver Mountain Resort and the Mt. Spokane Ski & Snowboard Park are each within a 50-mile radius of the home. Golfers can take on the famed island green at Couer d'Alene Resort Golf Club, just six miles away.

The home's northeastern-facing exposure showcases phenomenal river views from the living room, each bedroom, and the expansive private deck that also comes furnished for outdoor living. Sleek white cabinets and a deluxe suite of full-size appliances are sure to inspire culinary masterpieces in the open-concept full kitchen. Plush seating and a smart TV welcome casual downtime in the living room. Both bedrooms feature direct access to the river-view deck.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is an EV destination charger in the garage for guests with an EV, it is a J1772 plug.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
