Welcome to Riverstone Rendezvous, your perfect sun-drenched getaway in Coeur d'Alene! This beautiful top-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located right in the center of The Village at Riverstone, offering a spacious and modern retreat with impressive vaulted ceilings.
Relax in the inviting living area, illuminated by large windows with scenic views, and enjoy your favorite shows on the 55-inch HDTV with streaming services. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals. For your convenience, the condo includes a dedicated workspace, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a Pack 'n Play for our younger guests. The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The primary suite features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a second bedroom provides additional comfort next to the second full bathroom with a tub.

Terrific location! We rented bikes right downstairs and enjoyed the trails and convenience! Very safe building with very friendly residents!

Nice apartment in a very quiet area of Riverstone. The surrounding area has a lot of shops and places to dine. The only negative is that there was no coffee or tea for the Keurig machine and there wasn’t a welcome basket, which isn’t a deal breaker but this is the first VRBO that didn’t provide these amenities. Overall we had a nice stay.

This is a beautiful condo in a great location, but we had some problems from the day we arrived that the host never resolved. The towel rack in the guest bathroom was literally falling off the wall and the guest bedroom door wouldn’t stay closed. I contacted the host multiple times, both texting and calling. The very first reply was that it would be taken care of by the next day. We were there for 2 weeks and the problems were never fixed, even though I called or texted almost daily. Then toward the end of the trip, the master toilet stopped working. I told the host that my dad is 93 and it was critical that his toilet work so he didn’t have to walk through a dark condo at night to use the guest bathroom. She again assured me I would hear from the plumber that day. 3 days later, I decided to just get ahold of VRBO Care because it was obviously not getting fixed. I was able to get a phone number to contact the handyman directly. He told me he hadn’t heard about ANY of the problems I’d been continuously contacting Ashley about. He made an appointment to come fix the toilet the next morning (on Saturday), but he wouldn’t be able to fix the other 2 problems until Monday and that’s when we were leaving. We have stayed at several other condos in the Riverstone area and never had this problem before. I don’t know if the issue was just with the person I spoke to or with CDA Vacation Rentals in general, but I would be very hesitant to rent any condo that they are hosting ever again.
