My cousin and I came to town to celebrate with family my grandson’s senior night at his football game. The house was just lovely…it’s nicely decorated, a newer home with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beds were luxurious and comfy. The living room was cozy with the beautiful fireplace and super comfortable sectional, perfect for watching a movie. The hosts were super responsive when we had questions. Would love to come back again!

The property is beautiful very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. My friends and I had a wonderful stay. We did run out of coffee during our 5 day stay. The location was good but it is a little tricky to find initially. Hosts were very nice Thank you Stuart and Charlotte!

We found the driveway and garage to be very limited in space. The first step up to porch needs to be highlighted as it was a tripping hazard. One guest fell and hurt their arm badly. The house was very clean. A regular coffee maker would be nice. Having to take shoes off to go upstairs and in the master suite was inconvenient. Stuart was very nice to deal with.

The location was very close to the lake and downtown area. We didn’t have to drive very far to any of the local areas we were interested in visiting. The house had everything we needed. A quick trip to Trafer Joe’s and we were all good. Thank you for providing a great property for us to enjoy Coeur d’Alene.

Our stay here was outstanding! The home was very clean and well appointed. The location was wonderful with plenty of nearby walking/biking paths, only 1-2 blocks from the river and quick drive to downtown Coeur d’Alene. The layout of the home was great and we appreciated the quiet gated community. The bedrooms had plenty of room for a pack & play for our little one and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will certainly seek out this location for future trips to the Coeur d’Alene area!

This was our first stay in the beautiful CDA , and the property did not disappoint , the house was super clean and very comfortable, the furnishings were very modern and sleek , just a short drive into downtown CDA . If I had one comment to make , and seriously this house was truly amazing , maybe installing black out blinds in the bedrooms as it got very light , very early but apart from that stunning house

Very clean and modern. All appliances working and several welcoming touches throughout; such as extra towels, soap, well stocked kitchen. It is very central to both shopping and various activities. Can bike from front door to Spokane river all the way to downtown easily without driving somewhere. One of the better managed properties and even went the extra mile to ensure gas BBQ available. Some things I would change is the front door desperately needs blinds, you can view 65% of the home from the street, hung a temp cover for privacy. I stayed 10 days and cooked at home, but locked up pantry meant all my groceries had to live in the counter while juggling space. Not a deal killer, just obnoxious. Master bedroom over-furnished with trunk and chair, no room to move or set up suitcase. Consider moving those upstairs.. Overall, great experience, perfect locale, and felt very we

Great weekend getaway, was in town racing the CDA half marathon. Our home was less then 10 mins to the start line and walking distance from where the runners passed. Home was spotless and had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be returning for future races!
