Great trip, started off a little slow with a broken AC unit. Management brought 2 window AC units that worked great and with the cooler weather by night 3 it made having them irrelevant. The Condo was larger than we expected and walking distance to everything. Would for sure stay again, probably next year when we come back.

I was looking forward to sitting on the deck looking at the lake we work 12-16 hours a day 7 days a week so the pictures of of the deck were misleading everything else was right on, oh and the coffees maker leaks i forgot to leave a note about that

My husband and I stayed in this great condo to visit friends who recently relocated to Coeur d'Alene. The condo was clean & conformable and spacious!! We enjoyed both the restaurants that are downstairs in tge complex:) We would definitely stay again! Thanks for your hospitality!

Everything was fantastic. Sleeping, restaurants, walking and park proximity, quiet, the unit itself. Everything was simply great. The issue at check in was VRBO didn’t pass on the email check in instructions so the property manager and I went direct. She was great once I reached out. Highly recommend!!!! Will come back when visiting family in the area.

My friends and I stayed at this condo last year and we loved it so much that we booked it again. My two friends that have bad backs really appreciated the firm mattress in the primary bedroom. The location is awesome. Loved everything about this place. We will be back again.

We were under the impression the condo unit was on the LAKE side of the building. The listing was not clear that the only views would be the street. The "peek-a-boo" view of the lake from the balcony was nonexistent. The parking option below the building was terrible. The space provided to us was so small we could not fit our vehicle. Paid parking outside the unit was $5 per hour. Ridiculous.

This beautiful condo is located in a building along the Spokane River as it flows out of Lake Coeur d’Alene, steps away from Riverstone Park, outdoor concerts and great restaurants. The condo is very clean and exceptionally well furnished. This was a very enjoyable experience!

Enjoyed this home for 2 weeks. It was close to great food and drink options within walking distance. Including in the same building. Easy walking options and many hiking trails within a short drive. Truly enjoyed out stay. Only challenge was to figure out the a/c thermostat. Never figured out how to program it and had times of warm and cool. Not bad but a challenge at times.

The location is good, the property manager was nice and the kitchen is very well stocked. We had to check out a day early as the mattress is very very firm and my husband's bad back did not handle it unfortunately. We were also woken early by the street noise as it's actually not on the water, but faces a parking lot. For the price I would also have assumed that the master bedroom would have a TV in it. It's probably perfect for some, just wish the description would have been a little more thorough.

We had a wonderful experience with this property. Rebecca was great to work with and she quickly resolved an unexpected parking issue. The property is beautiful, extremely clean, and convenient to shops/restaurants/downtown. Just be aware that the unit faces the street, not the river. We highly recommend this property!
