An excellent choice for those who want more space and an excellent location to stay in Coeur d'Alene

The condo exceeded my expectations! The furnishings were top-notch and the owners provided many additional thoughtful touches throughout. Very quiet and comfortable. Location is convenient to the I-90 freeway and direct to downtown CDA. There is some shopping and dining within easy walking distance. A big plus was the included underground parking (2 spaces reserved) with direct building access via elevator. Greatly appreciated during our winter visit!

There is nothing that we didn't like about our stay and we wouldn't hesitate to return again in the future.

Incredible Central CDA Getaway — A Home Away From Home

Every aspect of staying at the Modern Riverstone Condo was well thought out with the traveler in mind. We had everything we needed and more at the condo; the aesthetic was peaceful and inviting while feeling high-end, and it was easy to get situated upon arrival.

I travelled with my sister we loved having our own space. We had our own bedroom and bathroom it was great. The condo is beautiful, location is great. We cannot fault it.

If I had to say a negative it would be there was no supermarket close you had to drive to the nearest supermarket.

The Riverstone area is extremely convenient to downtown Coer D'Alene - less than 2 blocks from the North Idaho Centennial Trail (and condo had 2 bikes we were able to use) that leads right into town. Also 2 blocks from the Spokane River. Very close to everything we wanted to do. Condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. We were there to watch our son complete the Ironman and it was a fantastic trip! Thank you Wendy and Neal!!

Great location, close to shops!

We loved the location! Our room was great, and it was very quiet.

There wasn't a hose outside anywhere to clean off our bikes after taking a day trip to Hiawatha trail, but that's very unique and not the host's fault.

Condo fit our family’s needs perfectly! We plan to be back, and to book at Modern Riverstone when we do!

We loved the modern condo, that was fully equipment with amenities, and appliances. We walked to the shops and restaurants conveniently nearby. Private garage and access to the deck was a big plus. There was even a bottle of Sonoma wine when we arrived!

The location was amazing. Lots of things to do!

Cleanliness and mattresses. I paid 120$ for a cleaning fee only to find dust on lights, blinds, refrigerator. The general place was clean but some more deep cleaning is needed. The mattresses were stiff/hard.

Comfortable, fun and a definite go to place again.

We liked everything about the place. There was nothing not to like. It was clean, modern, comfortable and convenient to places to go. The location is great for exploring North Idaho and it is also in a nice location of its own. Nice shops and restaurants to walk to. Nice area to walk in.

We had a hard time figuring out the TV some but that, I believe, was us.

Sehr tolle und großzügige Wohnung, ein daheim in der Ferne.

Gute Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, große Terrasse die wir zwar nicht nutzen konnten (Winter). Die Kommunikation war zu jederzeit sehr gut und unsere Fragen wurden umgehen beantwortet. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar eine Flasche Wein. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Betten waren nicht sehr bequem, gemäß Vermieter werden diese verbessert.
