We just celebrated a milestone birthday for my wife with all of our grown children and a few friends. This house was as described. There was plenty of room and close to downtown. Very close to the lake trail which was fantastic for running and biking. The owner was super helpful and friendly. We would definitely rent this property again. We loved this place - everything was clean and ready to move in and enjoy our stay. The owner was very easy to work with and responded quickly. The backyard seemed to be a fun one with lots of running around room for children but we didn't use it as it was cold outside and we only stayed the one night. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family was in need of a place for 7adults, and this place was perfect and centrally located in CDA. Check in was a breeze, the place was fresh, trendy, ready to go…on point for all the shared spaces. This made for a good gathering space in between our need for the 4 rooms, and 3 bathrooms. Definitely will be using this again if we’re in need of a bigger than usual space. We’ll also let our family know who frequently visits the area. Well done and nice place. All the little things were what really made the difference…

Our family of 8 enjoyed staying five nights in this beautiful home. The home has been totally remodeled with lovely decor throughout. It has very comfortable beds and 3 bathrooms. Everyone enjoyed the ping pong table and the backyard patio as well.

We were in town visiting for a friend’s wedding and stayed at the property with several friends, mother-in-law, and our 1 yr old son. It was a beautiful house that was already stocked with everything we needed, including a pack n play for our son! The host was great with communication and made our stay wonderful.

We had a wonderful time and Michelle was fantastic. She responded very quickly to my questions. Enjoyed the fire pit and roasted s’mores. It was located near the lake and close to grocery stores. We loved the Chinatown restaurant. Enjoyed the dinner cruise on the lake. The food was surprisingly delicious. All in all a wonderful birthday celebration with family!

We loved the location. Close to shopping and restaurants. We walked over to the river front and walked along the river. Beautiful. The house was just like the photos. Clean and modern. Cute yard too. The only suggestion is perhaps a dimmer switch on the dining and living area lights. They were very bright. But overall everything was wonderful.

Our group of 6 (ages 22 to 82) enjoyed the property. Everything was well appointed. Plenty of space, and we loved the outdoor firepit area. Convenient to stores and the freeway in a quiet neighborhood. If we go back to CDA, we would stay there again!

I highly recommend this property. New, modern, very clean, well supplied, and the host was so easy to communicate with. Great location just a few minutes outside of downtown. It was just the perfect size for our family and great that it also had a lower bedroom for the kiddos! Loved it.

We loved how clean it was, the warmth of the fireplace, and the comfortable beds. We were in town for a family gathering and it was the perfect spot to rest and refresh. Every communication with our host was promptly responded to. We had 2 toddlers and 7 adults with time to spend all together as a family in a comfortable spot with everything we needed. We would return in the summer to enjoy the back yard, which was a beautiful winter wonderland view from the dining area, while we were warm inside.

The yard does not do justice for this home…the inside of the home was clean and beautiful! The beds were comfortable and there were 3 full baths that were spacious. There were 10 people in our group and we were all happy with the stay. The house is a 25 minute walk to Lake CDA or a 5-10 minute drive. Neighborhood was quite.
