The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly. The Good: Wonderful location with easy access to I-90, located two blocks from Spokane River in Bellerive neighborhood of CdA, with great walking trails on the river boardwalk and N Idaho Centennial trail, and a couple of miles from the lakeside area of town. The condo is in a full service property (minus grocery store - Winco is an easy drive) which is clean, safe, and modern. The condo is as advertised, with king size bed and en suite master, as well as a queen bed in the second room with seaparate bath. The usual appliances including washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, fridge/stove are present and all work. Access is secure via a lobby accessed via key fob and electronic key pad to the condo itself.The Bad: I will preface by saying that shortly after our arrival we received a text from the property manager asking if anything was amiss and we shared our observation that the guest bathroom had not been cleaned (the hair on the paper towel in the attached photo is one of the four we used to pick up the results of the previous hirsute guest) and the numerous spots on the carpet (see photos). They offered to send someone over to clean, which we declined. 150 clean fee btwThe Ugly: We subsequently found plentiful mold in the washer (pictured) and master shower, and we made a special trip to purchase Tile-x and bleach to address that. There were several areas in need of minor repair, and the lobby a/c was broken making it scorching.

We stayed in this condo for almost 3 months. The condo has everything we needed, including very comfortable beds. Riverstone and all the surrounding amenities were fantastic. The host was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this condo and area to stay.

The condo was impeccably clean, well thought out floor plan, easily accommodate two families - two large bathrooms, bedrooms. Large kitchen eat at counter or dining room. They've thought of everything -- plenty of linens, glasses - fully outfitted kitchen with a Kuerig! NW Hosting even leaves sets of personal use items for the kitchen and bathrooms. The deck even has 2 rocking chairs and a table - perfect for the early morning coffee or a glass of wine as the sun sets. The condo is within walking distance of multiple restaurants, coffee houses, even a theater! The hosts of NW Hosting are ideal hosts -- we reached out a few different times - the response was exceptional. Rapid, comprehensive and helpful. Supportive and very kind. Select this home and make your stay memorable. We'd give the property and NW Hosting 10 stars if we could.

This place is better than the pictures. Perfect location, Easy access to shops, restaurants, and hiking. E-bike Rentals were available right out the back door. ( see Luke). Walk to most of our destinations. Condo was beautiful clean!!!! Had one little glitch and the host responded immediately. Had a great time.

This condo was everything we could have hoped for. The size feels roomy yet cozy. The decor felt very homey and comfortable. The location is ideal because you can easily walk to a variety of restaurants and the walking trail to downtown is handy. Would definitely recommend.

This condo was quiet, clean and perfect for our needs as we were in town with our son for my father’s funeral. The only negative was the smell of gasoline fumes in the elevator likely emanating from the underground parking garage.

Quick walk down to the river boardwalk, beach or park. Also a lot of great shops and restaurants right downstairs. Condo is clean and nice. Be sure to enter in Lobby 1 - there are 3 entrances to the building, and you have to come in the right one for your condo number.

Enjoyed the extra long weekend stay. The condo was very comfortable and hosts were very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked and the location close to the river is extremely convenient for a variety of activities. It was a warm weekend and I am not sure if the unit normally has central AC, but they had portable AC units in all the rooms to keep things cool for us.

Condo not cleaned at deeply as expected. Host rely on exiting guests to do some cleaning which has lead to missed opportunities for quality. Description regarding AC is mis-leading at some rooms have only window units and others had none. Central AC was being replaced but this was not disclosed. Missing key fobs makes one feel worried about security. Property manger did respond quickly to issues but given the price we paid we should not have had to deal with these issues to begin with. Please just communicate transparently.
