Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

1. First and foremost, we come to PCB for the beaches and the relaxation that comes along with just being there.
2. The property has an excellent access to the beach and to the local area restaurants - sits right next to Pineapple Willy's, can't beat that.
3. This property was advertised / listed as having a "king size" bed, that definitely needs to be updated, the bed is a queen size bed at best.
4. Would need to mention on the listing that the washer / dryer is not in the unit itself but is a pay operated / shared washer / dryer units on the 1st floor.
5. Check in was relatively easy and so was the check out process.

This condo was very nice and right on the beach. It was clean and convenient to everything. It was very refreshing to be able to sit right on the balcony and see the ocean or even from the sofa. I would definitely stay here again.

The furniture was dated or broke and the shower curtain needs to be changed. A couple chairs on the balcony would have been nice.
