Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Pros: - Clean- Had everything we needed to cook/clean- Easy checkout- Great WiFiCons:- No early check in available- Bedroom wall outlets were wonky and could not hold a phone charger - No extra blankets in bedroomWill absolutely continue returning to this location. I’ve stayed here twice and it’s been phenomenal both times!

The condo was great. Great view. Quiet. I would say the bed definitely needs a new mattress. The added topper was of no help. It’s very worn out. Other than that it was nice for the price.

Put a dresser, or shelves in bedroom. Need a place to put clothes rather than living out of suitcase. Mattress could also be replaced, wife and I rolled into center all the time. Great views and convenient location.
