All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

If your looking for a place better than a hotel but cheaper than a nice condo, this is it! If aesthetics is of your concern, look elsewhere. Also be aware that, although this condo suits 4 people, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Also no curtains! Be ready to be woken up by the morning sunshine at 5am (if your the one staying on the sofa bed). I would recommend bringing extra pillows and blankets. They do provide plenty of towels and travel size dove shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. The tubs drains very slow. They have a pretty good variety of kitchen amenities if your wanting to cook. The view & balcony are amazing! The condo is walking distance to a few restaurants and bars. The pool is alright. Not very pet friendly… the “dog areas” are very small. I would recommend walk your dog outside of resort.

Location is wonderful! Unit itself needs a little TLC! Our daughter & her family rented another unit through an individual owner. It was very nice & updated. Homeowner was very responsive when they had an air conditioner issue unlike what we experienced with Vacasa customer service on the day of our arrival. There was NO customer service!!
