Sunbird E304

We tried the sunbird maby 3 years ago and have now stayed 4 times and have our 5th stay booked for next year. The location couldn't be better for the activities that we love to do. We love the fenced in property with a 24hr guard and gate. Give you peace of mind. It's just an all around fantastic place for the value. The parking is also easy to deal with. One vehicle per condo, but not far to walk even if your at the end of the parking lot.

Can't think of anything I didn't like about our particular condo, but we have been dying to book the top floor which I believe had the only 2 bedroom condos, but they are incredibly hard to find available.

I really liked everything.

Needed a fan in the bedroom.

Perfect location and very clean

They are coded gates to get to and from beach, lots of confusion on codes because they would change almost daily and nobody ever seems to know the correct codes.

The location was perfect and the people who worked there were very nice.

The kitchen felt a little tight, the code to get in is way to long, they don’t allow floatation devices for anyone other than children and there was a stain on one of our sheets.
