Sunbird Resort 8th Floor Sunsets - by Sunbird Rentals

Being close enough to walk to pineapple Willy’s was nice, the elevators were never crowded, property is easy to navigate around and to the beach. Three separate pools were also nice, just wish there were umbrellas around the pool

The room was smaller than seemed in pictures but still fine for our stay. We did see 3 roaches and 2 smaller black bugs along with spider webs built up in the corner at the window. The couches were sandy when we arrived.

Great location, friendly people and staff. Easy beach access and easy travel to a lot of different fun things to explore and enjoy.

Small things that can be fixed easily. There was a dirty pizza pan left in the oven with burnt food, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain without moving the plug and we did find a roach in the living room area before leaving.

Check in at the gate upon arrival after hrs was good Good location ! Good views of the fireworks and crowds and activities off the balcony! The moon over the water was awesome. The beach umbrella and chairs were affordable if you needed them The pool was awesome like a cold plunge! loved it The wharf all you can eat buffet across the street was within walking distance Property amenities were nice! the unit was small but for the 4th of July weekend and last min prep and planning for us was perfect for just us. I counted 10 separate locations on the beach of fireworks going off visible from the balcony (really cool) hours and hours of fun be ready for booms there were more than I've ever seen in one place on the 4th there were fireworks on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th

I thought there was coffee 🙃😱 there was a coffee maker but no coffee. I'll know better next time Right? needs to provide Better bath Towels. I brought some towels but for the price would have been nice to have a good towel to dry off I'm disabled so I only got to go to the water on the beach once wish I could have grounded at the shoreline for a bit more more info would have been nice restaurants /activities and all in all a great 4th weekend I'm surprised we didn't get high off the pot smoker on a balcony nearby lol it was strong insert laughter here The sonic boom from the fireworks would sometimes bounce off the windows and was kind of scary if fireworks is what you've come for? This is the place they started at 8pm til 1am ish

Location was amazing & lowkey

The bed definitely needs updating and some major mopping needs to be done. On night two we discovered the room had roaches. I understand this happens with different ppl going in and out so I called to let them know. After calling I made aware of their knowledge of this…. It is absurd that this property is being rented knowing there is a bug problem. I will now spend more money having the pet control come to my home to insure we didn’t bring them home.
