The location was perfect for walking to downtown. The space was very clean and had all the amenities you could want. Very reasonably priced too.

This property was fantastic.Walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.We will definitely be rebooking for a return visit to Asheville!

Everything about this experience was perfect. David’s communication was way above par. He was responsive, open, and even let us know he had had a bear sighting in his yard the day before. Building on the character of his 1895 home, David has transformed 500 sq feet into a cozy and efficient little retreat. We were welcomed to use his yard (still brimming with zinnias, coral bells, and a lovely carpet of grass and shady trees). Its location was within walking of shops and venues, and only half a block from one of my favorite Asheville diners! I am looking for every excuse to visit again.
