We were greeted by our friendly host Ashima upon arrival who provided a quick orientation. The lodging is in the lower level walk-out, with plenty of good light. Ideally located in Montford, easily walkable to downtown. Highly recommended.

This cozy place is in a beautiful old Victorian neighborhood. We enjoyed walking past the homes, admiring the beautiful architecture and craftsmanship. Our hostess was so warm and welcoming. The restaurants she recommended were all within walking distance and were top rated. The room was everything we hoped it would be. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely place to stay in walkable Montford, just off of downtown Asheville (which you can also walk or bus to). The owner was very nice and responsive to us, helping out with suggestions for places to eat in the area. Lovely little back porch and yard. Grocery stores and great restaurants are close, including one of the best meals we've ever had just up the street at Tall John's. We would stay here again without hesitation. In fact, we're already planning to.

We loved our stay at this Montford property while in Asheville! It was nice to have on-site parking and the house is close to several parks/greenways which allowed us to go running in the neighborhood easily. We never ended up walking downtown but it would have been an easy 20-minute walk if we had gotten the chance.

Cozy, comfortable, convenient, and artfully decorated in a wonderful neighborhood. The owner greeted us and made sure we had all we needed. Coffee on the back porch in the morning was serene and delightful.

We really liked staying here. It was a great place to relax, sleep and watch TV in between activities. Only thing was that the AC was really loud, thus making it difficult to hear the TV volume. However, that was made up by the fact that Ashima sent us the clothes we left behind.

This was a super cute little stay in walking distance from downtown (albeit a good 20 min walk). Check in was easy and our host was available and friendly. We had all we needed for our short visit. Very clean space and very cozy! You can hear whats going on upstairs pretty clearly but nothing that kept us up at night or anything.

Went to Asheville to attend a wedding and see family and renting Ashima's apartment was a perfect choice. The rental was clean, in a great location, the neighborhood was beautiful and Ashima was so responsive and helpful. Hoping to get back there and would rent this property again.
