Plenty of parking on all sides of the building . The spacious studio features a comfy queen bed, full kitchen, and a separate laundry room.

Getting around couldn't be easier. Whether you prefer exploring the city by foot, bike or ride share, your in the center of it all! Great public transit, bike lanes, even sky walks to avoid bad weather!
The Argonne building is in a great spot downtown at the end of Grand. Close enough to the night lift, but far enough and quiet enough to relax and unwind. PERFECT spot for traveling medical professionals - 5-7 minutes to all the downtown hospitals. Also blocks away from Gateway Park - where multiple DSM festivals are held.

If you already have a ParkMobile app affiliated with another city, that app will work.

We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and had what we need. The shower water didn't get very warm in the evening but was fine in the morning, the hand towel was a little scratchy and there is a loose board by the side of the bed, but everything else was great. Decent coffee - regular and decaf are supplied. Everything was clean and the apt. comes with a fridge, oven and a washer and dryer.
