Be sure to check out Big Grove Brewery (just a couple blocks away) while you're here. Amenities include elevator, wifi, secured building, smart TV, washer and dryer. Located across from the Sculpture Park and walking distance to all that Downtown has to offer, you're sure to enjoy the central location!

Getting around couldn't be easier. Whether you prefer exploring the city by foot, bike or ride share, your in the center of it all! Great public transit, bike lanes, even sky walks to avoid bad weather!
The Argonne building is in a great spot downtown at the end of Grand. Close enough to the night life, but far enough and quiet enough to relax and unwind. PERFECT spot for traveling medical professionals - 5-7 minutes to all the downtown hospitals. Also blocks away from Gateway Park - where multiple DSM festivals are held.
Parking situation:
Street pay parking : Download the ParkDSM app from the Apple Store and Google Play.
If you already have a ParkMobile app affiliated with another city, that app will work.
Enter the six-digit number on your stall marker - IMPORTANT: Without this number, you won't be able to pay for parking.
Select the duration of time you want to park
Confirm your information and start your parking session
Monitor your session and extend time remotely if needed

No Parties
No Smoking or Vaping inside the home.
Put keys/key fob back in the lock box and scramble the code
Pet Deposit: $250
Pet fee per night per pet:
$10(min of 2nights), $5(min of 1 week) $3(min of 30days)
Lost Key - $250 Keys Left In Unit - $75 Smoking in Unit - $250 Broken or Missing item (Per Item) - $25 Early Check in 2PM - $50 Late Check Out 12NN - $50

Property was in a good location, street parking was very easy. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful.

The place was fine and directions to get in were good, but it uses physical keys. At the end of my stay I locked up and put the keys where I was told. I then got messages from the property manager saying the cleaners could not get to the keys. Film yourself locking them up, I was not happy with how they tried to pretend I lost them.

So glad we found this place! We needed a place to stay for 9 days between an alumni reunion and a family wedding and hotel prices were prohibitive. This roomy efficiency was perfect for our stay in a great location at a great price that saved us a lot of cash, making the trip possible. But, what may have made the stay best were the rapid, friendly, and helpful responses I always got from the host whenever I had a question or needed assistance. I'll definitely stay here next time. P. S. The bed is REALLY comfortable! Thanks for everything.
