Our studio apartment located in the historical Argonne building is in the heart of downtown Des Moines! Perfect for quick weekend with the crew (multiple units available!) and perfectly suited for a longer term stay. Amenities include elevator, wifi, secured building, smart TV, and your own washer and dryer. Walking distance to all the amazing restaurants on Ingersoll, Confluence & Big Grove Brewery are just steps away - enjoy everything downtown has to offer!

Even an eclectic Consignment shop located right in the building! Big Grove Brewery & Confluence Brewery just a few blocks away!

In addition, you'll have the convenience of a separate room housing a washer and dryer, along with a well-appointed bathroom. Getting around couldn't be easier. Whether you prefer exploring the city by foot, bike or ride share, your in the center of it all! Great public transit, bike lanes, even sky walks to avoid bad weather!
The Argonne building is in a great spot downtown at the end of Grand. Close enough to the night lift, but far enough and quiet enough to relax and unwind. PERFECT spot for traveling medical professionals - 5-7 minutes to all the downtown hospitals. Also blocks away from Gateway Park - where multiple DSM festivals are held. Paid street parking is plentiful all around the building. Download the ParkDSM app to help speed up the parking process.

Pre-Arrival Requirements We require all guests to complete the following pre-arrival steps: 1. Read and sign the rental agreement. 2. Send us a picture of you holding your government-issued of ID. Thank you for your cooperation!
