The apartment is located in the newly renovated R&T Lofts building and is right in the center of the action of downtown Des Moines.
You can't get more "downtown Des Moines" than this apartment. You're a minute's walk from the Court Ave district AND Wells Fargo Arena AND the Civic Center. Starbucks and Kum & Go are each a block away. Hello Marjorie - one of DSM's most trendy bars is located in the same building! The building has access to the skywalk, so even when the weather is bad, you can get where you want to go in downtown.

This place was great. I read some of the previous reviews and besides a couple of very small pieces of trim missing and a few drywall cosmetic holes from nails it is exactly as described. Found our lock box with no problems, all codes and keys worked perfect. The location is amazing, right above Hello Marjories for an easy craft cocktail! Fresko, Centro, and Django all an easy walk. Will def stay again.

The apartment was nice and it was walking distance to groceries, restaurants and other activities we were in town for. We had some difficulty with check in because there wasn't a fob left for us. We had to wait for someone to bring it to us before we could get into the apartment. It was after office hours so we were delayed to get into the apartment for about an hour. The hosts were responsive and kind, they also offered other options, but they didn't fit our needs for this stay. Overall we had a good experience and would stay again.
