Thé unit was very clean. Thé linens were excellent. Thé beds were comfortable. Thé kitchen has a working icemaker. Thé living room could use a comfortable chair. Thé bathroom was nice.

Really clean, nice, and spacious property. Loved the private garage parking. Fast and friendly communication with the host. The price was great when I stayed in February '26, and I would definitely book again at a similar rate. Great location for downtown Des Moines.

Bed, pillows and sheets were one of the best I've ever slept in. Shower was strong and awesome. Location is perfect for lots of restaurants. Roof top is such a beautiful touch. Owner was great to communicate with. Will return for sure!
