The Kitchen is tucked into Pensacola's East Hill Preservation District, an established neighborhood
known for historic homes, tree-lined streets and easy access to Downtown Pensacola. Downtown
Pensacola is just minutes away, while Pensacola Beach is approximately a 20-minute drive,
depending on traffic and seasonal conditions.
The Kitchen is designed as a simple and comfortable retreat for one or two guests. It's a great
option for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, military visitors and guests looking for a smaller
alternative to a traditional hotel room while staying close to Downtown Pensacola.
The studio includes a Smart TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, linens and
towels, along with access to laundry facilities. Despite its historic name, The Kitchen does NOT
have a full kitchen it includes a Mini refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee maker. There is no full-size
refrigerator, stove, oven or traditional kitchen inside the studio. With no full kitchen, you'll have the
perfect excuse to explore Pensacola's local restaurants.
The Kitchen is conveniently located near neighborhood favorites such as Maria's Fresh Seafood
Market and Olde East Hill Grill, with many more restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and bars just
minutes away in Downtown Pensacola.
