This small house was perfect in so many ways! Location was right in between downtown and the Navy base, 10-12 minutes each way. House is sparsely decorated, no need for more. The privacy of the location also was great, surrounded by fencing and trees, except for the driveway and another VRBO property in front. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but that's offset by the trees and relative large spaces between houses...a nearby church and 2 cemeteries adds to a subdued feel. 1/2 block away is a main thoroughfare, easy to get to, yet the noise is shielded by the trees. A Dollar General store is one block away, perfect for anything you need! Inside the house is set up wonderfully well, 2 TVs, a small couch which doubles as a pullout bed...everything is as listed. All told it was ideal. I'd stay here again and again if necessary. Met Charles, a delightful man, he checks on everything. A!

The property was exactly as described. Near the beaches, and downtown, very convenient location and very clean property. The host was also friendly, communicative, and accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected and the host was able to accommodate an earlier check in that was extremely helpful for us. Definitely would stay here again if ever in the area and would absolutely recommend.
