Check in & out was seamless.We were in Pensacola for a week of fishing. It was cold and rainy and the wind was fierce so a lot of fishing was not to be done. We had a lot of fun and found Olde East Hill Grille and Maria's Seafood Market. They're in the same building and very close to where we stayed. The host is awesome. We had a situation and needed to stay an additional night. She was able to set us up and we were able to stay in the same house.

host very friendly, the property is very basic, but I knew that before coming. I needed a place to stay while getting an apartment near here and this was very affordable, clean, and in a great neighborhood

It was a perfect lil beach Cute cottage, think it use a few updates with furniture. Futon was a little rough. Unfortunately we there in January and they had a cold spell in fl. The heaters worked in the rooms they were in. It was chilly at night. Could of used extra blankets.Probably would consider staying in spring and summer again . Great location and communication great!
