home while exploring Pensacola.
Bee Our Guest combines the character of an older Pensacola home with the essentials needed for a comfortable
stay. Original hardwood floors add warmth and charm, while the fully furnished living room and private
bedroom provide plenty of space for one or two guests. The bedroom features a queen bed with linens
provided, and the living area includes a Smart TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi. A desk and chair provide a
convenient workspace for guests traveling for business or working remotely.
Prefer to prepare meals during your stay? Bee Our Guest includes a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator,
stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, plus a dining table for enjoying meals at
home.
Please note that Bee Our Guest does not have central air conditioning. The duplex is cooled by two window
A/C units—one located in the living room and one in the bedroom. Heating is also provided. There is NO
washer or dryer inside the duplex. Several laundromats are conveniently located nearby for guests who need
laundry services during their stay.
One vehicle can park in the designated parking area on the left side of the duplex next to Bee Our Guest.
Additional street parking is available when needed. The property receives quarterly professional pest-control
service from Outa Sight Pest Control as part of our regular property-maintenance program.

A small very clean unit located in an area that is close to restaurants, East Hill, and downtown. If I had to file a dislike it would be the outside of the unit could use pressure washing. Other than that the place was clean, well stocked, and very convenient for our needs.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Bee Our Guest. The property was clean and as described, and the check-in and check-out was simple and smooth. The location was great for me - close to both the airport and downtown - and in a nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.

40s or 50s Old Florida Duplex with some modern interior twists. For those, like me, who needed a Night Stand you have to use the TV Dinner Tray and make your own. Took awhile to learn the Light Switches but the Overhead Pull Chains in the Ceiling Fan Lights were used. AC Window Units? Worked great but Filter Cleaning Lights were on? No one has mowed the yard or trimmed the trees in a long time. That was unfortunate. The Driveway is VERY rough to get in or out of to the very busy Perry Ave. Traffic. Location is great and overall VERY Quiet with no one staying next door and thick walls. Not the easiest Lock Box per se but we figured it out. Great Location...Thank You...
