Apartment No. 17 is located on the 2nd floor of Villa Gruner in Zinnowitz, which was completely renovated from the ground up in 2011 with great attention to detail. This tastefully furnished apartment, designed for discerning guests, features three rooms spread over a total of 81 square meters.
In the spacious living room, you can truly unwind. The modern gas fireplace, controlled by remote, ensures a cozy atmosphere in every season. The built-in kitchen integrated into the living area (oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker) is sure to delight any home cook.
The living room also provides access to the spacious southwest-facing balcony. In terms of technology, the living room leaves nothing to be desired with a 40-inch 3D LED TV, a 5.1 Blu-ray home theater system, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
The two bedrooms each feature a double bed (each 180 x 220 cm / two separate mattresses) and a cozy relaxation area with a double sleeper sofa (each 160 x 180 cm); one of the two bedrooms also features a 32-inch LED TV and a CD radio.
So that you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation to the fullest right from the day you arrive—we’ve already made up the bed for you and your fellow travelers and laid out a shower towel and a small hand towel.
