Lovely setting with gardens, stately douglas fir, playground, nice firepit area; the 2 houses are spacious, open concept design. Our family made use of all rooms and 2 hideabeds; enough blankets, linens, & kitchenware. Most appliances worked - the broken dryer was soon repaired. Concerned response to pics of rodent infestation.Cons: Dishwasher door & soap dispenser need repairs. Stink bugs, dead & alive, on window sills, ceilings, light fixtures are a minor nuisance. But SERIOUS rodent infestation: Nightly, upstairs in ceiling and down in walls of both houses there are scratching & chewing rodents. A mouse scampered across the guesthouse bathroom floor in mid-night, shocking one of us. Both hideabeds revealed a mess of rodent remnants, droppings, and urine. 2 blankets are chewed by rodents; we washed a smelly blanket & some stored towels. For 2 nights, til those mattresses were replaced, two children (g-house) and my wife & I (main hs) slept on floor mats. The living room couch was suggested, but cleaner has neglected inspecting under the cushions. Had we known in first 48 hrs that rodents were moving about freely, with our grandchildren sleeping on the floor, we would have moved out.By the week-end, allergy to rodent urine and droppings (my dx - I'm an MD) affected many of us. This was an amazing wedding week and reunion, with many joyful memories; the poorly-cleaned, rodent-infested house was an unhealthy disappointment. physician)urine mus were developed

Our large group of children and adults found this home fit all our needs. There was plenty of room for all of us. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. The property was great with the pool, garden, play area and patios. We had enough room to play bocce ball and corn hole. The pool, not as warm as I would want, but the kids loved it anyhow and this was the highlight of the weekend. The host was quick to answer any questions we had. We would love to stay here again.

We called this The Farm and it really was a beautiful setting for our group of adventurers. We use this as our place to eat, sleep and relax in between adventures including hikes and whitewater rafting. The property is big and gorgeous! Big an open with wood floors on the bottom level and carpet upstairs. The kitchen is perfect for a group with a big dining table and kitchen island. We had big yummy meals. The outside deck is nice. They have two. Lots of room for vehicles, however we just had one big rental van. Be warned though, be sure you know exactly what you are getting. The main bedrooms are nice and beds are comfy and as advertised. The thrid bedroom in the main house is advertised as having 5 beds. This room has 3 beds with 2 matresses under two of the other beds. One is a trundle and the other is just slid under the bed. There is no extra room in this bed room to sleep on these beds, so they had to be relocated elsewhere to sleep on the floor. I can understand when it's couples and kids, but we were all adult singles with one person for every bed, so we needed them all. Pool heating - The house is advertised as being able to be heated for an additional fee. I requested to have the pool heated with plenty of notice. The owner or manager let me know that they will "open the pool for the season" a few days before our arrival and "if all goes well, they can heat it". We booked this house in March and chose the house since it had a HEATED pool. Max review length..
