We came from AZ to visit our OR grandchildren but we wanted our own space. Brian’s home is right in the heart of Philomath The home was very clean and all the essentials for a comfortable stay were there. We were able to pick the grandkids up after school for activities. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to have the grands spend the night on the weekends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This place was perfect for our stay. We had plenty of space for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and it’s only 5 mins from a major grocery store. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance if you want that option. Parking was easy, the area was very quiet and the unit was clean. We were only about 10 mins from the university which made it easy to visit. We would love to stay here again in the future!

We had an amazing stay at this location. It is very close to Dizzy Hen and Dirt Road Brewery, two of our favorites. This house is clean and comfortable and a short drive to Corvallis. I definitely recommend staying here.

What a cute place! I was in town under less than ideal circumstances (a funeral) and it was really nice to have such an easy check-in process and also NOT have all kinds of rules and clean-up procedures that some properties have. Very cozy beds, nice bedding. Very clean kitchen and bathrooms. It was a really nice stay and absolutely amazing value.

A couple of friends and I stayed here while attending a 5 day class in Corvallis. It was the right distance to feel truly separate from everything, and still feel in the mix of everything when we wanted to be. It was a great home base to cook meals and have personal space while also getting into the downtown area for meals and walks along the river as well as classes.

Overall the property was good. I was in the area for a work trip and consistently had issues in the evenings of being able to stream a show and work on my computer at the same time in the internet. Might consider doing tv in at least the master, so that relaxing to a movie is doable.

We were staying in Philomath for a family reunion and we found this property perfect for that. It was amazing to have something to come home to where our kids could rest, but also easily accessible to swing by and grab things throughout the day The host was very easy to communicate with and responded in a timely fashion with an issue we had. Property was very quiet. Really loved the walkability to things in town (pizza, breakfast, coffee). We would recommend this as a place to stay for families or small groups of adults.

Very clean had everything we needed comfy bed pillows enjoyed the great fans in each room along with portable air conditioning in Master bedroom Owners were kind checking in on us to make sure we didn’t need more air conditioners with the unusual hot weather. We were fine, but nice to know we would have had options if needed. Living room furniture is not comfy, but I could tell that before I booked so nothing on the owners for that…..I made the decision and we made it work. Great walking location to restaurants and bars. This was a wonderful place to stay for a family wedding weekend which included events in Corvallis and Philomath at the Beazell Memorial Forest. It was convenient to both, comfortable and clean. Had we been on the ball sooner we may have been able to rent the property next door for more family, which would have been even better.

We were visiting the area for a track meet at OSU. This place was easily accessible from OSU and Philomath is a cute pocket community with nice little restaurants. We really enjoyed Dirt Road Brewing which was just around the corner from the house. We had multiple adult couples and the house was perfect for that. Plenty of room with multiple bathrooms and bedrooms with nice big beds. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area!

The property is newer and located right off the main road downtown. It was a bummer that the area was under construction for the five nights my family stayed. I do not recall seeing this information before booking the property. The house was mainly clean and fresh-looking. There were a few issues such as asking for my check-in information, using the mini-split, and TV. /Internet issues. The heat was never turned on before our arrival and it took a long time for the house to warm up. It was a meat locker for our first night and probably really expensive because we had to bring the house temperature up to a comfortable level. The owners were very responsive and helpful in trying to provide solutions to our problems. However, I think it would be wise and helpful to have a welcome letter for us to review to help solve these simpler issues. The house has only four washcloths and I couldn’t find a first aid kit when we needed a band-aid. Otherwise, my family enjoyed our stay and were thankful to the property owners for allowing us to use their space.

Finding this home was a little confusing as the entrance is off essentially an alley but it was lovely inside, very clean, plenty of space. Little restaurant around the corner was super convenient, owners were super accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!

This place fit the bill wonderfully for our quick trip to visit family in the area. Was exactly as pictured and very clean. Master bedroom mattress was comfortable (tempurpedic-type). Living room space & furniture wasn’t large or overly comfortable, but worked fine for my spouse & I. Communication with host was prompt & great. Check-out was easy. Watch out for ice when stepping out on the back deck.
