Nestled in a great location, you will be less than 50 miles away from multiple popular coastal towns, as well as just a quick drive away from Downtown Dallas where great shopping and dining opportunities await.
Walking inside, instantly feel at home as you take notice of the open living room's comfortable seating, large TV, and grand piano. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen will excite the chef of your family with its charming center island.
The primary bedroom is a place of pure peace with its tasteful decorations, ample storage space, and large en suite bathroom. Every day, rinse off and relax in the impressive walk-in shower. The home's additional bedroom is just as cozy with its inviting color palette and high-quality linens.
Also in the home, appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer and a designated work desk.
The master bedroom is equipped with a standing AC unit. There are fans stowed away for additional cooling.

-The barn and outbuildings are off-limits to guests.
-Possibility of seeing deer and wild turkeys
-The wood-burning stove is not available.
-In mid to late August, blackberries ripen and abound, free for the picking, on the property. Just watch out for the prickly berry branches, they can get scratch you.
