Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from this spacious 4-bedroom plus den townhome in this sought-after Fenwick Island community. The main floor offers a den, full bath, well-equipped kitchen, dining, and living areas—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The third floor features an oceanfront master suite and a second suite, while the top floor houses two additional bedrooms and another full bath. Multiple decks provide beautiful vantage points to take in the coastal scenery.

– Bedroom 1 (3rd Floor): Queen (oceanfront master suite)
– Bedroom 2 (3rd Floor): Queen
– Bedroom 3 (Top Floor): Queen
– Bedroom 4 (Top Floor): Queen + Twin
– Den (Main Floor): Queen sleeper sofa

What if I have to cancel?

All cancellations must be put in writing and received by our office prior to re-renting.

We loved the living room dining room area. It was nice and spacious for our family. The bedrooms were a nice size too-the master suite was extremely lovely. We did have a few maintenance problems, but you were quick to take care of them Walk to the beach for me was long, but I am 72 years old Overall, it was a very lovely experience with our lovely family. Parking was a bit of a problem, but it all worked out in the end. We were told by the office one thing, but the people who owned property in the block, said that there was more parking than the office explained.

The location and beach was phenomenal. Loved the quiet/private beach feel. The condo needs some updating and maintenance. Blackout shades in the oceanfront bedrooms would save the owner money in cooling costs and would make for a more relaxing stay for guests. Neighbors were not welcoming and, frankly, rude to us as renters. Bathroom facets are painful to use and the upstairs bathroom drips. The vent in the kitchen floor is dangerous, especially for little ones. The downstairs closets are a mess and need cleaned out and organized so renters can utilize the space. The dishwasher is not properly installed and will fall forward if you aren’t careful.

We loved our stay at 35 Kings Grant! The home is spacious and well laid out. The home has had some updates since the photos, so we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The home is oceanfront but set back a bit with a dune space in between, so you can't see the ocean from the main deck. The only room you could see and hear the ocean really well was the third floor bedroom. The trek to the beach was pretty quick, as there are planked boardwalks the majority of the way there. Our favorite part about our stay was how quiet everything was...neighbors were quiet and friendly, beach was spacious and mostly empty. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious. Kitchen was very well stocked with lots of glassware, plates, and silverware. Cookware could use updating, lots of scratched teflon pans. Thankfully we brought some of our own pots/pans.Access to the community pool was nice. Lots of pros to this house, very few cons. Management company was very responsive when we did have an issue with the deck.
