The lock box location description was not 100% clear as there were 4 lock boxes attached to the gate in question . Bottom right hand corner of the gate might be a better description.

We had a problem getting the dryer part of the washing machine to work. Could have been our lack of understanding of course. On Thursday morning the electronic key to the overall building did not work. We thought maybe the battery went flat .While talking to your help system another person turned up and their electronic key did not work either. They had a physical key so were able to let us in. Our key ring did not have a physical key to unlock the main apartment door so perhaps you should put one on the apartment 707 key ring as it it was rather annoying to be unable to access the apartment. The issue was fixed later that day.

Great location and views. Top floor with seclusion due to the apartment's floorplan position. Very comfortable and well equipped with even the little things such as condiments and glad wrap etc.

Air conditioner not working we had to buy more toilet paper

Great location, easy access to transport and lovey view from the patio
