'Orangerie' A Stunning Shoe Factory Conversion

The location was perfect for our trip

As I’m from a warmer climate and don’t like sleeping with air conditioning on I would prefer a thicker doona or an extra blanket for the bed.

Easy comms with host, great location close to shops and transport, property is well stocked with everything you need and good working facilities, beds were comfy, bathrooms spotless, tv and speakers easy to connect to and face washer provided, thank you. The courtyard with the the orange trees and greenery was lovely. I was impressed too by little touches like having both a digital and physical house information pack and having more than the standard 4 glasses, plates etc. Overall a great property in a great location, you won't be disappointed.

One improvement, towels were on the thin side, could be plusher.

Spacious & beds comfy. Peaceful location

Showers were average. Not enough towels. No facecloths. A warm blanket on the beds would be nice. Sheets not long enough to cover mattress. Heating remotes were muddled up so took a while to sort which remote for the 3 respective units. Only pinpad access. Power went off when out for a morning coffee & walk & couldn’t access apartment for 6 hours. We hadn’t even showered. No jackets or bags. Staff weren’t responsive. It was appalling. There is a key lock for the door that I assume works but they had no key. Completely ruined our last day in Melbourne. Not good enough.
