Location on the Grand Canal, easy proximity to rail and bus stations
Supposed to accomodate 5 - had 2 foldout singles in a second bedroom next to bathroom with a walk in shower. Quite a small room. Had expected proper single beds or another quuen or double bed.
5th bed was a pullout couch.
Would definitely NOT work for 5 adults.
The bathroom radiator was leaking - enough for us to leave a vessel to collect the water
The bathroom had a very bad smell - like a sewage leak.
We reported both on Saturday morning, and they said a plumber would come on Monday- never showed up and no further communication from the management company on resolving this. Made for an unpleasant smell if the wondow wasn't left open.
Expectation of the renter to take the rubbis to a collection point.

Location, space, cleanness and the appartment antique decoration was fantastic. We were in 3 bedroom appartment, all rooms decorated with vintage rugs and furniture, gave the vibe of a genuine house in Venice. The view from the terrace is spectacular. the sheets were all best quality. the rooms are spacious and the dining room is great area for family to gather. all rooms with windows and bathrooms were great.
If you travel in summer, this is an old central air-con appartment, so it is not cool enough. We had tpo wait one day until the aircon system cool down the appartment abit but still was warm. outside was 34C and inside 29C
