Residence Grand Canal Panorama

Located right on the Grand Canal within easy walking distance from/to the car park/bus/train station and a water taxi stop to everywhere right outside. Grand old school charm with great canal views. The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite) and a large lounge and dining room easily accommodated 8 of us in style. The agent, Stefano, was great and check in was a breeze. Grocery stores, gondola hire and beautiful cafes, bars and restaurants all close by.

Nothing from our side Be aware it is on the 3rd floor so there are steps involved (where in old Italy aren't there steps) - we never minded them at all but we're all fit and able.

Location was excellent. A very quiet part of Venice but so close to everything.

Pictures show a canal view but there was no view at all, no lift and there were a lot of stairs to get to the apartment. This was the only downside.

This property was so unique! We had canal views and a vaporetto stop directly outside. The apartment was spotless and we were grateful for the air conditioners during a very hot few days.

Excelente ubicacion frente a una estacion de water bus
