The location is the best one can find anywhere in Venice. The apartment is designed to accommodate demanding clients’ needs and requirements. The beauty, harmony, as well as comfort, were obviously the guiding principles behind the modernisation of this gorgeous old palazzo.

The unstable internet connection was a nuisance until we alerted the staff, so the problem was solved reasonably quickly and apparently permanently.

Good location to the tourist part of Venice. It was clean but had no cleaning services. It’s more of an Airbnb situation.

You enter through a museum and stay on the third floor, so you’ll pass by museum staff when open. It was hard to get to, it would have been nice if we were given more detailed instructions prior to arrival so make sure to ask for those. We recommend taking a water taxi from the airport and ask the concierge to share the exact dock where to drop you off. It would also be nice to have cleaning services.
