The facilities are exactly as shown in the images. Neat and clean room, washrooms and small little litchen.

There was only one utensil provided to cook. One more would have been great.

The location is conveniently close to a subway / metro / train station, so it was easy to get around. The host was also friendly and responsive. When we arrived, there was no indication of what WiFi / password to use, but on contacting the host, he quickly responded with that info. The unit has everything as described, although some of the translation is not perfect. The photos showed everything about the unit, just as it is.

Although the unit was in a very convenient location, it is in a rougher area of Osaka. At night, we witnessed some drunks, and there are many smokers out and about. As for the unit itself, as with any Japanese living dwelling, you would expect to have a floor that is clean and be a space where you can either walk barefoot or with slippers. Although the photos showed everything clean and without dust, the floor was actually a bit sticky and greasy, which is not possible to show through photos. It almost seemed like people were walking with shoes inside the unit before, though it was well vacuumed. There were 3 pairs of slippers provided, and on arrival I had asked for more pairs as we were a family of five, but the host declined to provide more. The host did suggest to have us provide photos to them and that they can come with cleaning service. Since my stay was not that long, and having cleansing done during the stay can be disruptive, I declined. There is a washing machine, but it does not have a drying function. You would have to dry on the coat hanger rack. The two bigger beds were comfortable enough, but the single bed was rather uncomfortable (you can really feel the springs of the mattress).
