Very spacious and comfy beds. Very accessible by subway and short walk to kombinis and transportation. Great price
The location was a bit scary at first since the street nearby is a hub for karaoke bars and it's mostly locals so it feels very authentic not turistic at all. Also we missed some pots, cups and cutlery to use on the kitchen, it was mostly decoration since we could only cook cup noodles and ready made dishes from the supermarket. We wanted to use the washing machine but we didn't find a place to hang our clothes so we scraped the that idea.

Clean, easy to access, new place
A good experience, near shinsekai, very responsive host
But need to be able to throw trash, i stay for 4 nights and cannot throw away trash is not good

設備が新しく綺麗
キッチン周りが何もなく、ホテルの滞在と同様でした。カップや皿、お箸等々全て準備していかないと買ってきたものも食べるのに苦労する状況でした。ましてや何か料理的な事は不可能です。アパートタイプの宿を希望する人の半分以上はガッカリすると思います。
