The proximity to Beverly centre was excellent, walking distance. Car parking at the property was a bit tight, but we managed in the space behind the cottage, so didn't need the disc parking. Very comfortable main bed, can't comment on the second bedroom as we didn't use. Clean & cosy front room, it was too warm to use the burner but can image it's lovely & snug in colder weather. Small welcome pack of milk, biscuits, chocolate & filter coffee. Outside space was nice, didn't use the bbq. Would definitely recommend.
The stairs are quite steep to the downstairs loo & and bathroom if you need to use them in the night. We were okay, but I could see elderly folk struggling if they had mobility issues.
