Walkers Cwtch is my favourite place to stay in Wales!

The walkers catch is cute, cosy and has fantastic views. Stephanie the host is wonderful and friendly(nothing is too much trouble) she has thought of every thing you need in this beautiful compact space. So many wonderful walks to be had as well as local attractions ( mountains, waterfalls, lakes and castles).

There was not a thing to dislike.

Beautifully situated, the Walkers' Cwtch offers a cosy and fully functional base for trips into and around Snowdonia. The communication with the host was smooth, effortless and friendly.

A very tasteful conversion, very clean and well equipped kitchen. Some lovely interior touches like the pair of Tracy tee seat stools and headboard show the local area as a map, well stocked with maps and walks and a great touch with the silk map with stitched local walks . The host was very friendly and shared local walks to the waterfall (superb) and local small lake for wild swimming

Perfect!

Perfect location for the views that we wanted, only a short drive to some of the most beautiful waterfalls and lakes that we walked around all weekend. The property was much more spacious than expected, the layout really maximised the area. Fully equipped with everything we needed especially for making proper breakfasts to fuel our exploring days out, and the bed was so incredibly comfortable that we slept so well each night. The fairy lights were a magical touch, they made the place so cosy and romantic for our much needed get away for a proper break and breath of fresh air. Could not have asked for anything more, this place is such a gem and we would love to return in the summer!

Thoughfully Kitted-Out Flat in Ffestiniog

Steph has thought of all the little details for this place, with some clever thought going into how to maximise the space. The fireplace was great to have and the location on the Eastern side of the National Park is exactly what we were looking for. The collection of OS maps and resources was also very helpful and helped us in route planning and navigation in the fog.

It’s small but has everything you need. Fire was very welcome when it got chilly. Host is very friendly and welcoming. Wifi excellent

Perfect weekend away

The setting was perfect a great find. Sarah was really helpful during the booking process and when we arrived. The waterfall walk was incredible and a few beers after in the pub which was really nice and the people were so welcoming

Mooie dagen in een huis dat met verschillende liefde is ingericht

Steph heeft een werkelijk schitterende studio/ appartement gemaakt. Alles zit erin en alles is echt geweldig afgewerkt. Wij voelden ons direct thuis. Dit is echt met afstand het beste verblijf dat wij hebben gehad de afgelopen jaren.

De plafondbalken zijn 1.90m en ik ben 1.93m😀. Tussen de balken kon ik goed staan en ondanks de hoogte blijft dit mijn topper van deze vakantie
