Fishing on-site, free of charge. 2 designated parking spaces plus 2 car parks on the site. No smoking. Please note: There is a fenced lake 100 yards away.. Carter’s Rest boasts cosy living areas ideal for the whole family to spend precious time together, whether that’s sitting in front of the wood burner watching a film or having a family meal in the separate dining room.
On-site there is a small lake and paddock that have been provided by the owners for guests to use. In addition, at the weekend, guests can head down to the little on-site pub and enjoy a drink with friends, or head to the delicious catering van, and pick up a burger or pizza for your little ones. There are a wealth of visitor attractions nearby, beautiful countryside and coastal walking opportunities for those wanting to explore the surrounding area, as well as fishing, cycling and golf. If you’re looking to enjoy a family getaway Carter’s Rest provides the ideal place to do so, allowing access to so many beautiful places to explore and enjoy. Beach 3 miles.
