3rd story room stairs, very difficult for elderly couple with bad knees.

Nice location in the centre of Pwllheli. Great smells from the gift shop and in the flat itself. Nice to have a small kitchen area that has been thoughtfully presented and provided for.
Just struggled to find the right door to go in after collecting the keys!

The breakfast (DIY) was comprehensive and convenient but a few sachets of butter, jam/marmalade etc would have been really good.
The shower was really good, hot and powerful but a little too powerful, with no curtain some of the water did come out onto the floor. This was resolved by turning the handle down, but perhaps there should be a notice. Also the hot tap turned the opposite way to usual, which should be resolved before someone forces it the wrong way.
But these are minor observations.
