Excellent location, and very comfortable.
Had an issue on leaving day with bedroom door locking and unable to open. Someone was locked in the room for almost 2 hours. Response from Sykes cottages emergency line was very much too slow and not acceptable.

Nice location on sea front at West End Parade Pwllheli with 20 minute walk into town .Beds comfortable and rooms good size .Kitchen well equipped. Easy parking outside apartment.Nice front garden .Ideal for family or 2/3 couples.
Kitchen tap awkward to use.
Shower door difficult to open and close.
3 fans useful but only 1 worked.
Bedroom blinds did not keep light out at night.

Lovely property for 2 nights. Clean with on street parking outside.
Wifi didn’t work. Therefore smart TV didn’t work. Contacted the property twice to ask for help. They didn’t reply!
