Great house, amazing location but TERRIBLE noise, wouldn’t stay again which is a shame.

Great location, really well stocked kitchen. Layout upstairs was okay, sofa under the TV was a little odd. Beds really comfy and it was spotless.

The nightclub down the road was awful, so loud and went until 2am. No mention of it apart from one review a week ago. Don’t understand why the bedrooms aren’t swapped round so the master is at the back where it’s a little quieter, instead we had drunk people outside the (ground floor) bedroom window shouting at 1/2am… terrible.

Lovely modern property with an amazing view over the marina which was ever changing! Didn’t need the tv 🤣Great location to explore the area.

The only negative was a bit of noise from the cars at night as the bedroom is on the ground floor next to a busy road which I’m not used to.

We vacated the property 2 days early due to lack of sleep.

Location was very disappointing due to the noise from the train station at the back of the property and busy road at the front. We did not enjoy a good nights sleep whilst there and came home 2 days earlier than booked.

The property is very well appointed appart from the cushions belonging to the sofa and chair that shed alot of prickely feathers. It was mainly the noise from the trains and busy road that we did not like.

great location for Pwllheli town centre & close enough for the harbour/beach the property was spacious & well equipped for all our needs with the bonus of private car parking

Great stay. Great value. Would book again

The location is brilliant for the town and harbour. It’s a quick walk to Wetherspoons for breakfast. Ideal for catching the train for a day out along the coast. The train noise wasn’t a problem as there is only a train every 2 hrs and none through the night. Love the upside down layout as it has great views across the harbour and beyond. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The towels and bedding were good quality and pleased to find a king size bed instead of a double.

Could do with blinds at the bathroom windows and a curtain at the door as the frosted glass enables quite clear sight through at night when the light is on. Blackout blinds would be an improvement in the bedrooms but nothing an eye mask doesn’t cure.
