Great views, great time, great place.
We arrived in the rain, it was blowing sideways in fact, and left in the rain, neither of which was our host's fault. Apart from that, our holiday was great. The sun shone down the rest of our time there. Facilities were great, and everything we required was in the apartment. As a rule, I'm not a fan of leather sofas, but theirs were extremely comfortable. Views were magnificent. It was lovely to be able to sit on the balcony and have breakfast, read, have a beer, or whatever. The main bed and bedroom was comfortable, with an ensuite, and being able to lie in bed and listen to the waves lapping on the shore was a nice way to start your day. The other room has a double bed, with a cross over single bunk bed. There is a second toilet and bathroom just outside it. The locals in Pwllheli are a friendly bunch. You can go to some locations and they have become weary of the footsteps of visitors. The locals were friendly and always ready to nod and speak. Everything you need is available in the town, with loads of nice places to visit locally. Criccieth, in particular, sticks out for us.
Parking is allocated, but it can be fairly tight to get in an out of. Whoever designed the spaces must have tried to shoehorn in as many as parking spots possible.

The location had a first class view out to sea, The lift from ground floor meant no climbing stairs. Allocated parking space in the private car park.
