Locatie was top evenals penthouse Dahlia met dompelbad! Geweldig uitzicht op zee. Appartementencomplex is rustig en op loopafstand van het centrum van Estepona. Host was aardig en behulpzaam. Tijdens ons verblijf waren beide appartementen naast ons niet bezet. Was dus erg rustig. Tuin bij het complex was erg groen en werd goed onderhouden. Er was een rechtstreekse toegangspoort naar het strand en de boulevard. Met een tag kon het hek worden geopend.
In de tweede slaapkamer en tweede badkamer was hardnekkige schimmel aanwezig. Dit gaf een vervelende geur. Op ons verzoek is dit in onze 2e week schoongemaakt en overgeschilderd. De schimmel kwam wel weer terug. Met 3 of 4 personen vertoeven in de penthouse was dus eigenlijk niet mogelijk. Wij konden dus niet 1 van onze kinderen vragen om nog even over te komen uit Nederland.
