The apartment is in a great location a short walk from the shops and restaurant and with fabulous front line views of the beach. The absolute star of the show is the balcony which has fantastic views on the beach, the town and you can even see Gibraltar and Africa.
The apartment itself is a good size and has a new kitchen and different sofa that in the original pictures I saw. The building is quiet and tranquil and the pool is much nicer than it looks in the pics. It has a lot of chlorine though, so no white bikinis in there!! Ample parking spaces which is also a bonus if you’re travelling from within Spain or hiring a car.
There is a really good restaurant downstairs and a couple of relaxed snack/beach bars. The one in the middle of the three serves the best cocktails. There is also a Carrefour on the doorstep which is really handy.
All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.
The washing machine needed a good clean, so we didn’t really use it.
The flat was advertised as having bathroom products, but there weren’t any. Things like hand wash, shampoo etc are a nice touch, especially for those travelling from abroad. We live in Spain, so not such a big deal for us, but still nice to have.

A beautiful apartment, everything we could need for our two weeks. Knowing Estepona well, it is in the most sensational location, for views of the sea, the coastline, and Gibraltar. Our contact host Arwen was extremely helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
The only downside was the lack of pool loungers - two for the whole block was a little disappointing, as it was such a lovely pool area and garden.
