Leider nicht so begeistert.

Für uns war die Lage top, da wir eine Veranstaltung nebenan im Jahnsportpark hatten. Sauber war es ebenfalls.

Leider hat man erst in den Bewertungen und vor Ort gesehen, dass die Wohnung im Souterrain liegt. Das sollte gleich transparent und gut ersichtlich sein. Zudem waren wir drei Personen und das 2. Schlafzimmer liegt AUSSERHALB der Wochnung. Zum Glück ist der Sohn von meinem Partner schon 14. Aber wenn man mit einem Kind kommt, ist die Wohnung so eigentlich nicht nutzbar. Zumal man dann ich die Einheit mit dem Bad nur per Schlüssel kommt. Für Kinder mega ungünstig. Nachts! Auch gibt es am Haus gerade eine Baustelle. Eigentlich kein Problem. Aber ich wüsste das gerne vor der Buchung, wenn ich beim Gang in den Keller an Baumaterial vorbei muss. Fazit: Zum Glück waren wir nicht im Urlaub dort, sondern aus einem Grund. Und für eine Nacht um kurz zu schlafen war es dann ok! Preis/Leistung ist unter diesen Umständen leider gar nicht gut! Für die Hälfte wäre es gut gewesen. Schade.

Sehr gute ruhige Lage

Die Lage ist optimal, ganz nah an der Altstadt und dem Park und See, Sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir durften den Garten mitbenutzen.

Bei der Beschreibung war es für uns nicht klar, dass es um eine Untergeschosswohnung geht.
