Breakfast was OK.

Disappointing. Very small room, even for a single. No facilities in hotel. It closed at 10:00pm! No mini bar in room as advertised - just a hole where a fridge once was. Nothing and no-one after 10pm. Couldn't even get a bottle of water from a machine.

Was only staying one night, would not have wanted to stay any longer.

Good location. Hotel reception staff were nice and helpful. Approx 10 minute walk to city walls and market square.

No hotel bar at all. No food apart from breakfast. Tiny room. Front door to hotel closed at 22:00 and you had to use your room key to get into the hotel after that. Also reception closes at 22:00 as well.

there were next to no vegan options at breakfast. bed could use a few extra pillows. hair dryer was so low-powered that it was basically useless.

Der Duschkopf war verkalkt,das Waschbecken hatte einen Riss und der Zimmer war kalt obwohl Heizung heiß war.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub in einer sympathischen Stadt.

Die Lage direkt am Zentrum ist sensationell. Zur Konzertkirche sind es zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Doppelzimmer war erstmal erstaunlich. Offenbar sind da zwei Einzelzimmer baulich zusammengelegt worden. Dadurch hat man zwei Türen, zwei kleine Flure, zwei kleine Bäder. Im eigentlichen Wohnbereich ist aber mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke und einem modernen Schrank/Schreibtisch sowie Mininbar an alles gedacht. Wir haben es gemocht.

Da fällt mir erstmal nichts ein. Aber klar, wenn man was sagen will: Die Bäder (2!) sind recht eng. Die Elektrik mit zwei separaten Hauptschaltern könnte man mal zusammenschalten.

Ungewöhnliche Zimmer für Paare im Prozess des Kennenlernens.

Besonders gefallen hat mir das große große Zimmer, das durch zusammenlegen zweier Einzelzimmer entstanden ist. Dadurch hatte ich zwei Türen in das Zimmer hinein, zwei Bäder mit jeweils einer Dusche, einem Waschbecken und einem WC sowie zwei Schaltkreisen jeweils für die Hälften des Zimmers. Damit ist es ideal für Paare, die noch nicht oder nicht mehr gemeinsam duschen wollen.

Bei der Suche des Frühstücksraums fühlte ich mich wie Theseus auf der Suche nach dem Minotaurus im minoischen Labyrinth. Ohne meine Ariadne wäre ich möglicherweise verhungert.

Angenehmes Hotel in Altstadtnähe

Vom Hotel aus ist die Altstadt von Neubrandenburg fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu reichen. Es gibt genügend kostenlose Parkplätze am Hotel, so dass man das Auto während des Aufenthalts dort stehen lassen kann. Wir fragten am ersten Tag an der Rezeption nach Restaurantempfehlungen fürs Abendessen und wurden gut beraten. Unser großes Zimmer im 4. OG war mit französischem Doppelbett und zwei Duschbädern jeweils mit WC und HWB ausgestattet. Das war sehr praktisch und hat morgens Zeit gespart. Der Frühstücksraum ist groß, so dass wir ohne Probleme einen freien Tisch fanden. Ob das auch bei ausgebuchtem Hotel so ist, können wir nicht beurteilen. Das Buffett ist vielfältig. Eine gute Getränkeauswahl gibt es am Automaten. Für Filterkaffee steht eine große Kanne bereit, die wird auf Hinweis auch nachgefüllt oder durch eine kleinere Kanne ausgetauscht.

Der Schrank im Zimmer ist relativ klein, und von den 6 Bügeln waren nur 5 zu gebrauchen. Die Nachtische sind ohne Schubladen. Wir hätten gerne einen Safe gehabt, aber der wird in der Anzeige auch nicht angeboten, so dass das von uns nur ein Verbesserungsvorschlag ist. Nach der ersten Nacht wurde unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt und die Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Nach Anruf an der Rezeption wurden uns die aber kurzfristig gebracht. Am Abend vor unserer Abreise wurde uns an der Rezeption eine Rechnung für ein anderes Zimmer zur Bezahlung vorgelegt. Fehler können passieren, aber statt sich zu entschuldigen, behauptete die Rezeptionistin, die wir noch nicht kannten, entgegen den Tatsachen wir hätten eine falsche Zimmernummer angegeben.

Für eine Nacht ist es in Ordnung

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, ich hatte einen schönen Blick zur Altstadt über den Park. Das Bett war groß und gemütlich. Das Personal ist überwiegend sehr nett.

Es ist leider sehr hellhörig und ich konnte daher nicht so gut schlafen.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem Park, aber man ist auch in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die Zimmerausstattung ist gut und das allerbeste sind die vorhandenen 2 Bäder pro Zimmer. Super!!! Beim Frühstück gibt es auch nichts zu bemängeln, alles vorhanden, was man so am Morgen gerne isst. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der kostenlose Parkplatz am Hotel.

Bis bald wieder in diesem Hotel und in dieser Stadt

Gefallen hat mir besonders die Lage des Hotels, nur 3-5 Gehminuten in die historische Innenstadt, ebenso kurz zu guten Gaststätten. Gelegen neben einem Park und weit genug von den Hauptstraßen entfernt. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und im ganzen Hotel fand ich sehr gut und auch die Ruhe, Zimmer sind nicht hellhörig und standardmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in gutem üblichen Umfang und wurde auch ansprechend dargeboten. Ich komme gerne wieder.
