Comfortable place for a short stay in a medieval town

The room was very cosy, the bathroom was clean, towels were provided. The shared kitchen was well-equipped (cutlery, microwave, fridge). During the night it was quiet, check-in was convenient by picking up keys from the locker. Neubrandenburg is a beautiful place

Good and reasonably priced stop for one night.

Clean, well priced, available kitchen. Easy communication with the host.

Narrow and squeaky beds, tiny shower stall and small bathroom. However, our stay due to extremely hot weather and lack of AC was very uncomfortable.

Schnelle, unkomplizierte Buchung. Den Code für den Schlüsselkasten, gab es per SMS. Das Zimmer war sauber und warm.

Die Betten waren mir persönlich ein bisschen zu weich. Aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Der Check in ging ohne Komplikationen. Das zimmer war klein aber völlig ausreichend.

Das durchgehende knacken auf dem Flur von Lichtern oder Sensoren.

Einfach, sauber und ruhig

Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus waren vorhanden. Da wir am Wochenende nur dort geschlafen haben und die einzigen Gäste im Haus waren, war es im Gewerbegebiet und im Haus nachts sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, einfach aber funktional ausgestattet.

Die einfachen Bettstelle aus Metall quietschen bei jeder Bewegung. Die Matratzen waren sehr unterschiedlich.

Die Ausstattung hatten Doppelzimmer gebucht und hatte. Zwei einzelne Betten die bei jeder Bewegung die quietschten und wackelten Matratzen durch gelegen, halt in die Jahre gekommen, dafür, dass es mal ein Puff war auch noch eine Katastrophe

dass mir der Schlüssel nach Hause gebracht wurde

wir haben ein EG-Zimmer mit Gartenblick gebucht. und haben ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss mit Treppen erhalten - wir sind beide stark gehbehindert (mit amtlichem Ausweis) - das Erreichen und Verlassen des Zimmers fiel uns sehr schwer: Die Buchung möchte ich als BETRUG bezeichnen. Wenigstens Zahnputzbecher sollten vorhanden sein .....

Zimmer sehr schlecht geschnitten. Betten nicht sehr komfortabel (Matratzen). Auch Schlüsselübergabe sehr unpersönlich. Betreiber der Pension nicht zu Gesicht bekommen.

Neubrandenburg ist meine Heimatstadt, in der ich 69 Jahre gelebt habe, die Pension ist für uns ideal

Wir sind inzwischen zum 5 Mal in der Pension für jeweils 4 Nächte gewesen, man spart pro Tag mindestens 15 € pro Person, wenn man die in der Pension vorhandene Küche für sein bisschen Frühstück nutzt, wir bringen uns den Eierkocher von zu Hause mit und dann ist es wie zu Hause, Wasserkocher, Toaster, riesiger Kühlschrank, Besteck und Geschirr sind vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr gut, die Zimmer sauber und die Küche wird täglich gereinigt.

Vier Tore und volle Punktzahl

Es war alles okay, alles war sehr sauber, der Schlüssel wurde in einem Schlüsselsafe für uns hinterlegt. Ansonsten war es ruhig und die Ausstattung war okay 👍 Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche die gut ausgestattet ist. Im Zimmer hatten wir ein Bad mit Dusche. 👍

Aufenthalt würde ich in eine untere Kategorie einordnen.

Wir hatte nur eine Übernachtung ohne Frühstück gebucht. Gute Ereichbarkeit. Vermieter war sofort zu erreichen. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Zimmer konnten wir bis 15.00 Uhr behalten.

Betten knarrten. Dachrinne tropfte, was man die ganze Nacht hörte. Das Haus an sich ist sehr hellhörig.
