Es ist ein solides, einfaches Quartier im Hostel-Style. Also nicht gemütlich, aber warm, trocken und sauber. Einchecken war unkompliziert, Lage ist sehr gut.

kurzer Weg zum ÖPNV
Das Zimmer ist für 60 € die Nacht absolut überteuert , bei der Ausstattung wären 35 wie in einer JHB angemessen. Undefinierbare Geräusche die vom Schlafen abhalten, am Tag und in der Nacht . Sicherheit ist von außen nicht gegeben , da die Fenster sehr niedrig sind , kann man Nachts nicht öffnen , da ein Problem zum einsteigen besteht. Lösung für die Beleuchtung ist nicht optimal in der Planung berücksichtigt worden , wäre eine bessere Lösung möglich. Wenn man das Frühstück noch mit dazubucht für 15 € ist der Gesamtpreis von 75 € absolut nicht angemessen bei dem Standard. Selbst für 1 Nacht bekommt man für 60 € eine bessere Ausstattung, Frühstück inklusive. Auch ein TV Raum wäre eine gute Alternative, da weder auf dem Zimmer noch im Gebäude sich ein TV Gerät befindet.
